博士课题项目:结晶过程“质量源于控制”策略的开发与应用: 晶型筛选、晶习调控、杂质控制

主要工作: 建立多晶型体系/热敏物系结晶过程模型,模拟过饱和度结晶控制深入分析结晶过程动力学机制;基于过程分析技术(PAT),软件+硬件一体化设计,开发多级控制实验体系;利用直接成核控方法研究结晶过程相图及成核介稳区域;实验演示API结晶过程Quality by Control:单变、互变体系多晶型精确筛选;针状晶体产品粒度分布优化;降解反应杂质控制。
